Once your return is approved and the product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days

The request must be sent within 2 days from the date you receive your order
Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message

Please note: Return requests sent after the 2-day window will not be accepted, even if the item qualifies for a return.

Missed Deliveries
