Return Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Customers must request a return within 2 days of receiving the item
  • Once your return is approved and the product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

How to Request a Return

To request a return and refund:

  • The request must be sent within 2 days from the date you receive your order
  • Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message

Please note: Return requests sent after the 2-day window will not be accepted, even if the item qualifies for a return.

Missed Deliveries
