3. Conclusion of the Contract with Mary Luxe Boutique

Upon receiving the order, Mary Luxe Boutique will send an Order Confirmation, which does not constitute acceptance but merely an acknowledgment of receipt. 5.2. Product prices may be subject to changes. The Customer must check the final price before submitting the order.
5.3. If a product's price is incorrect due to technical errors, Mary Luxe Boutique will contact the Customer to confirm if they wish to purchase the product at the correct price. If the Customer chooses not to proceed, the order will be canceled, and any payment already made will be refunded.
6. Shipping and Delivery of Products

8. Mary Luxe Boutique Gift Cards
8.1. Mary Luxe Boutique Gift Cards are available in denominations of €50, €75, €100, and €150.
8.2. Gift Cards can only be used for online purchases on maryluxeboutique.com.
8.3. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, the credit will no longer be usable or refundable.
8.4. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced in case of theft or loss.
8.5. If the Gift Card value does not cover the entire order amount, the Customer can complete the payment using Credit Card, PayPal, or Amazon Pay.
9. Payment Methods
9.1. Mary Luxe Boutique accepts various payment methods, including Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna. Bank transfers and cash on delivery are not accepted.
9.2. The Customer agrees to receive invoices and credit notes exclusively in electronic format.
9.3. If the Customer pays via Klarna, the amount will be split into three installments.
